12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advance Payments

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started

Order Cancellation

• Before work starts → partial refund may be possible
• After production starts → material & labor costs will be deducted

Custom Orders

• No refunds once fabrication has begun (custom-made products)

Defects or Issues

• Must be reported within 3–7 days
• We will inspect and repair or replace if applicable

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
